Dr. Schuyler Lawson is the CEO & founder of Magnus Data Consulting, LLC, where he brings a decade of expertise in research, data analysis, and evaluation. He is a thoroughly trained mixed-methods researcher who is dedicated to helping organizations make data-driven decisions by transforming raw data into compelling visualizations and narratives. Dr. Lawson has substantially contributed to projects ranging from community-based organization surveys to government reports on health outcomes. Through Magnus Data Consulting, Dr. Lawson seeks to improve the capacity and longevity of businesses, non-profits, foundations, and government entities with easy-to-understand data-driven recommendations.
Our History
Magnus Data Consulting, LLC was founded in 2024 by Dr. Schuyler C. Lawson to bridge the gap between data and decision-making in mission-driven work. With a background in public health research, statistics and community-based evaluation, Schuyler recognized that many nonprofits, foundations, and small businesses were overwhelmed by data demands—but lacked the time or tools to use that information effectively.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience in survey design, mixed-methods research, and program evaluation, Magnus Data Consulting was created to offer accessible, client-focused data services tailored to each client’s unique mission and goals.
